The role of Senior Business Advisor means that you:

• Are responsible for working in a simple, open, and engaged manner with a long-term and clear business approach, developing your current and potential customer base based on profitability, risk, and customer satisfaction, as well as proactively ensuring that customers have a sound economy. • Offer and sell our products, services, and channels based on customer needs. • Provide financial advice, handle complex transactions, and possess high competence in assessing the corporate client's total need for banking services, including credit. You manage the client's entire business and negotiate prices and terms. • Have customer responsibility for corporate clients with complex business and credit arrangements, which requires experience in analyzing cash flow, risk, and profitability, as well as compiling documentation for credit decisions. • Collaborate with specialists and partners to develop the client's entire business, such as private banking, pension and insurance matters, saving and investing, legal issues, and accounting questions. • Stay updated on the external environment, market developments, and the conditions affecting relevant customers, taking action when necessary. • Be a good ambassador and role model for Sparbanken Alingsås in all internal and external contexts. • Have the ability to establish good contacts in the market and in networks, as well as attract new customers to the bank. • Ensure that customers achieve an optimal level of digitalization. Experience in property valuation, Insurance Distribution Life, Insurance Distribution Non-Life for companies, and Basic Protection (via Finanskompetens) is also advantageous.
